I ordered the two roses in the dome one was delivered in excellent condition it is absolutely beautiful. the second package was delivered two weeks later and the glass dome was completely shattered. I let the company know but nothing has been resolved.

упаковано хорошо, пенопласт, замотано пленкой. отслеживалось. стекло толстое, хорошее, светит тоже неплохо, довольно все красиво и симпатично. если бы ещё само стекло крепилось к основанию, а не просто надевалось и ставилось на него,то вообще бы замечательно было б. но и так все отлично

Заказала 22 ноября 2020 года, посылка приехала 18 февраля 2021 года. Почти 2 месяца была около границы с Россией, не знаю почему. Продавец отправил заказ быстро, поэтому у меня нет к нему претензий. Я очень удивлена, что стекло не разбилось и нет даже царапин. Нужно потрудиться с проволокой и лампочками, но по итогу выглядит очень красиво и волшебно. (на третьем фото на куполе пыль)
